"Two times I went there I asked explicitly for curtain bangs and/or layers and both times they told me that it’s too much of commitment and it wouldn’t look good on me. One of the times they told me that after they cut my hair differently and did the opposite of what I asked for! I now have curtain bangs and layers from somewhere else and they look great. I just really think it’s not okay to not respect what a client wants for their own hair!"

"I wouldn’t give it one star. But that’s the lowest ranking. Anna King is a sweet girl, but she gapped my hair horribly. It is so short and there are so many layers and gaps that it’s literally going to take me months to grow it out. And the worst part is her solution to the poor cut, was to continue cutting. I literally have hair like Mrs. Brady from the Brady Bunch."
