"I'm new to this community and had my doctor send my meds to this location. Went to the pharmacy to pick up my meds and the pharmacy was closed when I got there at 6:30pm. The sign on the door said close at 10pm. I will be changing pharmacies."

"I have gotten my vaccination shots and boosters at different CVS locations and they have always taken care of me without any problems. For my latest COVID booster I came to this location with an appointment and everything like always, but the service was terrible. My husband, daughter, and I all had appointments for 4 pm and showed up about 5 minutes before. They had us wait until 5:48 pm to give us our shots and they closed at 6 pm. I will never again return to this location for a vaccination. Nobody had any apology or sense of customer service whatsoever."

"This place has some kind of mold or mildew thing going on and I can't recommend anybody going in here at all, much less a sick person or someone working there all day every day. Nobody should be in this building until this problem is resolved"

"TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, the pharmacy is terrible and rude , literally imagine if your sick or just in desperate need of your prescription these people will literally tell you anything to get you out their face , today is the day I switched pharmacies! Literally walked out and switched pharmacies TO WALGREENS . So tired of the ride and disrespect and to be particular it was a guy working the counter this day !!! He was so rude I wish I had his name to take this to corporate, just hire new staff I spent an additional 4 days without my prescription , with that being added the rude and ignorance of the male staff member at the Pharmacy on upper riverdale rd beings no comfort . All in all DO NOT SEND YOUR PRESCRIPTION HERE"
