"the pharmacy is horrible!! I've called this location a total of 5 times trying to call in a script for my patient each time I was on hold for 25 minutes at the least. After calling the 5th time someone with a very nasty attitude picked up the phone, stated that the pharmacist was with a patient and hung up the phone. As a nurse this is very concerning. We cannot provide top patient care with rude people and poor lines of communication."

"The people are just down right rude. I have never seen people like that before it’s like they have an attitude every time you call or go in to ask a question. I can’t help if you don’t want to work there or work at all it’s not like we are coming there to play games but they do they tell lies about the time you can get your meds it like they don’t want to do what there were hired to do so they need to be courtesy understanding and caring to others and if they are having a bad day it’s not our fault"

"I concur with all of the negative comments. The pharmacist has zero customer service.. I had a call in prescriptions from my doctor. I knew one would more than likely not be cover thru my insurance. When calling to get the status update the pharmacist told me the medication was 2k.. Of course my first instinct was that’s very high so I said ok then disconnected. This didn’t sit right so I researched the medication online. He was correct the medication was high however it was 781.00 not 2k as he stated. The kicker is when using a GoodRx coupon the price is 250… So, I called the pharmacist back and explained I didn’t appreciate one you making the assumption I couldn’t pay and the other giving my a bogus number. I then told him what the medication cost with the GoodRX. Of course never an apology.. I requested the medication and it was ordered. I then preceded to call corporate to file a formal complaint. When picking up the medication the first thing out of the cashier mouth was the cost. I told her I was aware but in my mind why ask me that? This location is simply ghetto!!!"

"I don’t think I’ve ever had such a terrible Walgreens pharmacy experience that it prompted me to write a review. I had a note in my Walgreens app to call the pharmacy regarding my prescription. I called. You could hear them take the call off of hold and put it back on hold but no one responded. They did this several times until the phone disconnected. I called 3 times. I finally got a person on my 3rd try. The lady who answered the phone was impersonal and rude. She picked up with the Walgreens greeting, I said hello and stated my issue, and. Then I heard nothing. When I said, “hello?”, she responded with, “gimme one second” very snappily and rudely. I had to collect myself for a moment. Then when I stated why I called, when she was finally ready for me, she said, “it’ll be ready an an hour and a half”. I asked her what the previous issue was, since I had a notice that there was a delay and action was needed. She again rudely said, I don’t know. There’s no issue on my end. The app responds to whatever they put into the system on their end. Honestly, it wasn’t even the words that were problematic - it was the delivery. This was literally the worst customer service pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. I’ll be picking up my prescription and never frequenting here again."
