I went to do a touch up Lynn was the one who did my hair I explained I even showed her a picture how I wanted it. she did highlights for me in a different place and some of my highlights she didn't even touch up when she finished my hair was different colors i almost wanted to cry she left my hair orange and my original highlights were ashy. I told her at that moment but she said that the hair would clear up in about two weeks and it was worse I do not recommend it at all."

"It’s been a while since I’ve had a haircut here as I use my wife’s friend that cuts and colors her hair but if I need a trim in between I go here. I’ve had a few bad experiences at places like supercuts or old men barbers that give every one the same cut so I use TopStyles and have had good trims.Due to having really thin type hair after having surgery for a brain tumor at age 2 and radiation made it fall out so it was never the same after growing back. These Ladies use scissors only on my hair and do a great job!!!!"

"Do not get your hair colored here. I wanted highlights on my virgin hair. The plan was to keep my natural hair on top and bleach the bottom to make it lighter for highlights. It appears that the stylist and I were on the same page, but then the stylist bleached and colored my entire head. I have hot roots and about 10 different shades of orange and yellow. The process took 5 hours. It looks like I bleached my hair at home. My hair has never looked so awful. It was nothing like we discussed. I have no idea why the stylist did my hair the way they did, especially when we talked about expectations before he started the process. I will never go here again. Don’t believe the reviews on their website. They filter out the bad reviews. I have posted a before picture of my hair, the reference photo, and the after. —EDIT— Today I called the salon to ask for a refund and to let the manager know about the stylist butchering my hair. Well, instead of trying to make it right and fix the issue, the manager immediately got defensive and started yelling. Saying things like “well you were happy with your hair at the salon”. First of all, she wasn’t there at the time I checked out, but I was trying not to cry and have a full blown panic attack and wanted to get out of there as soon as I possibly could. At the time of checkout I was having an anxiety attack. It was also past closing time and the stylist mentioned wanting to get out of there so he could go to a party. While my hair was wet, he asked me if the color was okay. During that time it looked alright, but as soon as I saw it dry I freaked out and went into panic mode. At that point I knew that if I told the stylist I wasn’t happy with it, I would have been in the chair for an additional two hours at least. I had already been there for 5 hours! It was 7 PM. I just wanted to go home and get out of there. The manager also said that I’d have to talk to the stylist about the issue instead of her, but she’s the manager. Why can’t she resolve the issue herself? THEN she said to get the cops involved and file a police report?! Why would I do that? Instead of trying to give me a refund, she argued that I should come back and have it fixed and demanded that I come in on Monday. I’m sorry, but you’re yelling over the phone at this point. There is no way I’m going to let you or your stylist touch my hair now. Ever. I had already left a one star Google review, and she mentioned that she had seen it. She asked why I left it and why I was calling since I already left a bad review. I told her that she wanted to let her, the manager, know that the stylist did a bad job and to get my money back. At this point she flat out said no. No refunds. You either come back to get it fixed or we’re not helping you. Mind you, she’s yelling into the phone during business hours. I can’t imagine what the clients in the salon were thinking. 52 people have seen my Google review. If that stopped at least one person from going here, then that’s good enough for me. This place should not be in business. They are unprofessional, rude to clients, and unwilling to work with you if you are unsatisfied. I am beyond mad right now."

"My Daughter had an amazing hair cut that she loved and I loved! She has been cutting her hair short for many years, and this is by far the best one. I recommend this place. The guy -I don’t remember his name- did the cut and he is really great! Will be coming back"
