"Horrible experience. Came here hoping for a good haircut and beard trim for my husband and the guy dropped wax in his beard and he had to get it basically all shaved off, it was ridiculous!! And right before a really big event too. They also don’t really have appts in place so come here expecting to wait a crazy long time. My husband is devastated because his beard has been destroyed after months of work. Terrible absolutely horrible experience. Just be warned"
