"Just got hair done not even a week ago. My braids are not all the same length just the fronts long and they claim the hair only short cause it's back braids never have I heard of that. Saw some of my braids already unraveling. I will be going to make them rectify and I will never return again. People pay a lot for them to do piss poor service!"

"My wife went to have treebraids done. Showed the so called stylist 4 pictures of how she wanted it done as well as the color. She can't follow instructions and must be color blind. They have a sign posted stating you must pay for your service before you get it (really) and if you use a credit card there is a $3.00 service fee. What school did these people attend? And God knows I try not to complain but customer service has become absurd. I paid, but I will never go in there again. HORRIBLE Poor business skills!!"
