"Absolutely horrifying experience. Don't take your kids here unless you'd like them to be traumatized by something as simple as a haircut. Ms Lisa was meant to cut my 2 year olds hair. The first thing she said to greet us was "you can cry all you want, I don't care", then when I tried to hold his hand while he got his hair cut because he was getting shy and anxious, she swatted my hand away and told me to sit down. I sat down, then she tried to put a mask on him, but he's never worn a mask before so he was terrified of having it over his face, he was screaming and in tears, just so scared, so I tried to hold his hand again to comfort him and so she could put the mask on and she swatted my hand again. Awful, awful place. Should not be working with children. Ever. Of course you pay in advance and you don't get that money back. I have never ever left a place before getting a service, this was my first time and I couldn't run away from there faster. Bye."
