"This place has no idea how to schedule appointments. I don’t mind paying a premium price for better service but I am done with this place after waiting 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time for my last two appointments. What is the point of making an appointment if it’s not going to be honored? I can go down the street and sit at Great Clips if I just want to show up and wait. Premium price and subpar service = finding a new barber."

"I wasn't going to leave a review but after looking at the butcher job of my hair I decided it was my civic duty to protect others from harm. I have 4 job interviews this week and some travel planned. I wanted to try a new place and have a "professional" cut my hair. I told him I typically do a 1-2 on the sides and back and just a little off the top. As my barber is telling a story about being out late and being hungover to the other Barber I notice he is buzzing the top of my head. He tried to fix it and make it not look ridiculous but it seem to be out of his depths as he tried to get help from another barber. To be completely honest I'm probably going to have to buzz my head and look like "American History X" while my Jewish Holocaust Surviving Grandmother rolls over in her grave. Wish me luck for my job interviews. PS: I don't think anyone should be fired, but maybe some training on active listening should be initiated."

"Listen!! I was super skeptical as my husband have been doing his own hair and face for about 10yrs or more, needless to say, I was nervous! I didn't tell him where I was taking him, it was a birthday surprise. When he saw where and what it was about, he wasn't too happy. HOWEVER!!!
