"Paid $200 for dread extensions but they weren’t wrapped . Went back twice to ask for the wrapping because my hair is coming out of the braids but they said make an appointment. Called yesterday to make appointment they say walk in .. Walk-in today the dark skin lady rolled her eyes when I walked in and started speaking in African language with attitude. I don’t want anything free I would have paid for the extra service . The other salon won’t wrapped them they say take them out .. it’s only been two weeks . Unprofessional and Rude Staff."

"Went to this salon to braid my hair and the customer service was extremely worst. The little young lady is very rude. She doesn’t care for her customers and it looks like her mom enables her. And she pulls someone’s head to extend you’ll have a headache and she doesn’t care even though you tell her. And she gets defensive if you tell her that she’s pulling your hair. I swear you’ll have a headache for two days when you visit this salon. Not recommending for sure. They do braid nice tho. It’s just that they pull someone’s head and the little lady is extremely ruuuuuude!!!! And no good customer service. She should be ashamed of herself."
