"This is the second time that I’ve gotten my hair braided by this business. The first time was a very pleasant experience. The second time, not so much. I asked for 8 stitch braids. These braids were SO TIGHT. These braids hurt so bad that it caused my scalp to swell and seeing the literal root of my hair. So painful to the point that it caused me to be physically ill from my hair being pulled so tightly. I had to take them out 3 hours after getting them done due to not being able to bare the pain or move my neck. I followed back up with this business and was told that no refund would be rendered. Due to me not sending pictures of my hair being taken out. If you live your edges and scalp, avoid booking here."

"Beautiful braids! Done in a timely manner and such pleasant women. I paid $400 for small butt length knotless, but I received medium knee length instead. So I’m definitely disappointed I won’t be able to keep them in long because they are too long and bulky for me. Nonetheless, they are very neat and beautiful, just impractical."
