"Mix views on stylist. The first I got want I paid for. My next two visits it was hit and miss. I just settled not have have problems was already there for hours. This place could offer water or snacks since you are there so long. Some of the prices are a little high since I don’t think most if the girls does have license. That’s all that I have to say but I do like that you don’t have to have an appt but need to be staff at opening."

"This was my 1st visit. I wanted something quick for a function on 1/20. I came on a Tuesday for the special. Bella explained why I couldn't get the 2 braids special but suggested a braided bun though it was a bit more I was good. She was polite, quick, and got me right. I will be back for my individuals. The only thing I didn't like was the extra fees not told to me at the desk (blow out, hair etc) but now I know and will be better prepared. Happy birthday Bella."

"I frequent this location and today I brought my daughter. We got there about 12:30 and around 2ish Krystal advised it wasn’t that we were being skipped, it’s just that her choice for someone to do stitch braids were slim. I told her it was fine and I trust the process. When I sat down the stylist was whispering something in my ear that I didn’t quite understand but what I picked up is the stylist whom my daughter was matched with was not a good fit as she specializes in children’s braids. With a part down my head and jam in the middle I got up so my daughter could sit. I look at the roughness of her braids and knew right away I was swindled. I asked her to not braid my daughters hair so tight and she replied she’s not even braiding that tight. Long story short, my daughter got 8 braids for $80. Not only did she hate it, I did too. Krystal agreed the style wasn’t satisfactory but I didn’t want the stylist to “clean it up” because by now we’ve been there close to 4 hours. When it was my turn, I said forget it and left with the part in the middle with jam slicked on. The icing on the cake is when my daughter said “mommy this is what my hair looks like when you braid it.” Thanks braid bar south.. No seriously my day was ruined."
