"Decided to try this V. Michael to pamper myself with a Hot Towel Face and Head shave. Upon walking in I notice there was no information visible indicating the services offered! So the HOSTESS asked me to TELL HER WHAT WANTED?? So I replied and asked her WHAT SERVICES ARE OFFERED? She looked puzzled?? I think told her I wanted a Hot Shave for my Face and Head! At moment it’s 1:15pm! She tells me , I can’t be seen until 2:45!!??. So I look around and asked her, why can’t I be seen by 1 of the 3 Barbers sitting engaged on their phone! She then says they have appointments! WOW!!! If you decide to go to this establishment , be prepared for an unprofessional experience!!"

"I have been loving my experiences here. Imagine a barber shop, but nicer like a salon, yet not snooty like a salon. They are hitting a nice balance for men where you have an upgraded experience over a barber shop without all the bells and whistles of a salon for women. Everyone is super nice and they cut hair like salon pros. The only to watch out for is check the baseball schedule before you make an appointment. It’s best to avoid the Battery during ball games for things like this."
