Devon has been doing my cuts, balayage, and extensions for over 2 years and has worked with me through many different style/color requests. Her attention to detail and precision with my extensions & color was incredible. I would work with her again in a heartbeat! The energy at the salon is also amazing, so I always had fun while I was there whether it was a weekday morning or weekend afternoon!"

"This is a revision of my prior review as it was initially me upset with their management but water under the bridge. I recently went to see Tana for my haircut and this experience was absolutely pleasant and everything I expect a 5 star salon to be like. Their hair washing station is one of the most comfortable ones I've ever sat in. My neck doesn't hurt at all and I'm small so this is always an issue. Not at UE! Tana is so talented. I love Tana. She is so kind and she is in top of that... one of the most talented hair stylist I've been to. She's a gem in Atlanta and she's worth waiting a long time to see. Won't let anyone else touch this hair. What a misunderstanding and you I'm glad they worked with me...I would have lost out on such a great artist. Thank you UE. Would recommend absolutely."

"I booked an appointment online and out my card on file to hold my space. Then I got a call saying the online booking system was messed up and I would have to rebook with a different stylist. However that stylist was not available before the date I needed my hair done by. Then we scheduled for the next day very last minute because that was the only day the stylist was available. I took my braids down to prepare for the appointment and headed over and told them I would arrive about 15 minutes late due to unexpected traffic. I was told I would not be able to be accommodated and he would not be available for another 2 weeks. So now my braids are out and I have no hair stylist. I changed my schedule around to make it there today at noon because that was the only time Jason was available and they turned me around due to 15 minutes. 0/10. Had the online bookin service been properly working and set up this would not have happened."
