"The quality of the braiding was excellent. It was cold in there for a while due to them not using the hvac system and using space heaters instead (it’s January). I like the fact that they have a beauty supply store inside that seems to cater to African/African American normal hair types. Ms. Queen did not work on my hair. There were two other ladies that did an awesome job. They worked fast. It took 6-7 hours. My hair is not long but is very dense. Overall great job! I shall return if it’s in the Lord’s will! I want to add that they did not make me wait at all despite having two customers already…which was great!"

It was a holiday (MLK Day) and after calling the shop, Queen asked if I would wait a few short minutes for her to arrive to the shop since she didn’t think anyone would want to get serviced on a holiday. She went the extra mile to make sure I was a happy customer and I am sooooo thankful! She definitely had a regular customer from here on out!"

"Queen and her staff have been doing my hair for years. I am featured in their website at least 5 times. My hair lasts a very long time. I always get what I ask for. I am complimented every day. My head never hurts during or after. She is the only braider that I will ever go to."

"They are very nice, I got my daughter's hair done but they were way overpriced. Both hairstyles I got feeder braids with a combination of Nautilus braids but they still add too much hair on it. And I asked the lady for one style and she took it into her own hands and gave me another style I would not recommend this place but they were very nice."
