"When I 1st started going here, it was great, but now the manager has decided to not even order my medication that I've been on for years, because they aren't comfortable with me taking it and my doctor's office was "too far away" from them (I've only been in the area for about 2 months and haven't changed doctors yet). I have been dealing with a chronic illness for over 16 years, so I'm 1000% aware of what medications I need to keep from getting worse. That is absolutely not the managers concern, especially when they were too much of a coward to even contact me to ask what my issue is- they had an underling tell me when I went to get other medicine. That's right- no one bothered to call me. They are not a physician and they certainly aren't a gastroenterologist or any form of specialist (if they want to be 1, go back to school and stay out of my health plan until you graduate). It was not their decision to make and they should absolutely not be employed when they try to make medical decisions for their customers. I could make a great discrimination case against them."
