"I made an appointment for my mother and I to do the v-steam which we were both nervous about because it was our first time. On first arrival, Franchesca made us feel right at home and was very informative on how everything worked. The whole setup was very cozy and relaxing and we didn’t feel out of place or uncomfortable. It being out first time, I most definitely like that fact that we weren’t all out in the open so it didn’t feel weird sitting there.
