"I had services from Dana, who said she was the owner. I showed her a hair photo from the salon facebook page and gave her very detailed instructions of what I wanted. Dana did not listen to my requests or anything I said. This is my hair after her services. It was very patchy so her only solution was to dye it overall what turned out to look black. People make mistakes, which I would be willing to forgive, but she argued, complained she was too busy, took no responsibility, and then made me pay $195 for the damage caused to my hair and the subsequent fix of her mistakes. Thankfully, I went to another salon the next day and they were able to do fix the hair, but I still have all the damage."
