"Tabitha was amazing, she made my first experience a good one. I was scared to death and she was so gentle and she talked to me throughout the whole process, which took my mind off the process. The facility was super nice and clean and everyone was super polite and the ambiance of the room was amazing. 10/10 would recommend."

"Bad customer service. The incompetent ‘lady’ at the front desk lacks professionalism and has no phone etiquette. I called ahead and was told that in order to book a combo, you have to pay a deposit…. Even if your coming in the same day. Okay, fine. I had cash. I told the front desk girl that I would be there at 4 so that I can get my services. When I arrived at 4, she realized who I was and told me that slot was taken…. I was in shock. Then to my disbelief this little girl rolled her eyes at me. Girl, if you have an attitude problem find a new job where you don’t work with people. I asked for a manager. No manager available. The moronic owner comes out contradicting herself about the walk in policy. While girl on the phone told me they take walk ins, the owner says they don’t and points to a paper with policy, THEN says they do take walk ins sometimes. Which one is it? Because if my appointment is taken and you don’t close till 6, I’ll wait as a walk in! But never the less, how do you as the owner not even know the details of YOUR business? Boo… Service has gone downhill from this place. Take your money elsewhere!"

"I have been going to Divine for years now, I believe their knowledge on waxing is amazing. Unfortunately their customer service has declined. I have moved an hour away and I was still coming to divine for services. I was not aware of the “no grace period” change, I was 7 minutes late for my appointment due to coming from an hour away, I made them aware of the issue and they still told me to come although when I got there my esthetician stated I would have to wait an hour, even though no one was there waiting. I am sad to say because of this issue I am looking for a new esthetician in my area. I will miss Divine but customer service is extremely important."
