"I will never return to the SNEVLLIVE LOCATION. I had a tech, “BRE,” who was rude and unprofessional. Not to mention LATE, my time is valuable as well. Lashes fell off the exact next day; she tried to blame it on weak lashes. I have BEEN getting my lashes done and have never had an issue. The owner can expect to hear from me"

"I called to reschedule and the front desk staff “ Shawn” automatically charges my card as the stylist I preferred was not available for a week out. I have never had any problems with being charged for a RESCHEDULE with this company. I’ve been a member her for years and everytime this one front desk staff is there, it’s not helpful service and very rude replies, she states it was a cancellation because I didn’t pick a date but I was never informed of that before she hung up that she viewed it as a cancellation. I am always able to call back and select a date that work for me as I am usually driving on the way there. I was charged for September, October and as I am aware of the membership subscription,, If I was charged for cancellation, why couldn’t you use the charges already on my account from the last two months that I’ve never been serviced for?! Highly disappointed and will be canceling my subscription"

"Went to get classic lashes, took almost 2 hours, was not happy with the results. Am requesting my money back because someone will have to do a better job. Not pleased with the outcome at all. Lashes are already falling off 1 day later. Do not recommend. Also staff at front desk was rude."

"Lashes fell out in 2 days! I wish I could say great things about this location, however, that’s just not possible. I originally scheduled to get lash extensions for the very first time for my wedding day. My husband does not like false lashes and I thought extensions would be the best compromise. I got them done on Friday for my Sunday wedding and literally by the morning of my wedding almost all of the extensions had fallen out. I ultimately had to reach out to the store and send an email to the corporate office several times before the store manager, Olivia, even attempted to address the issue. Finally, once in contact with her I requested a refund for the service and was told this wasn’t possible. The only thing they could offer was a rebooking which to I me was unacceptable as I explained to the store manager and corporate that lash extensions is not a service I would want to get redone. Again, I only got them for my wedding day which was negatively impacted by their poor service. It’s 2 months later and I am still fighting with them for a refund. It’s a simple refund and that’s it. Hopefully, we can find a resolution to this. Otherwise, I’ll be forced to file a claim with my bank."
