"I walk in thinking I was gonna get a cute blow out :/ WRONG! I first seat down and they began to wash my hair the lady who washed my hair was so bad every time she began to scrub my hair it felt like my scalp was bleeding!!!!!! I just thought maybe she was heavy handed then I ask for a deep condition which was CRAP!!!! It didn't do anything to my hair while I have the conditioner on sitting under the dryer I notice she forgets a step, every time I have went to a Dominican hair salon they do a roller set to make my natural curls flat SHE DIDN'T IT DO IM THINKING ITS SOMETHING NEW!!!!! WRONG!!!!! SHE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE ME UNDER THE DRYER for five mins and then she starts blow drying my hair, she was soooo rough it hurt really bad it hurt because she didn't do the roller set and my hair was already nappy because she had just washed it. LAST BUT NOT LEAST after she blow dried it, it was horrible she flat irons my hair I was DONE AT THIS POINT NOT ONLY DID SHE BURN ME BUT IT WAS SOOO Much HEAT IN MY HAIR IT FELT LIKE MY HAIR WAS ON FIRE!!!! Because while she was flat ironing it she was also blow drying it at the same time!! So everything was done then I go to check out mad as hell and she was about to charge me $55 I refuse to pay that price I paid $35, but I bet you're wondering why did I stay or even stop from the began and just walk out because I like to give people chances, but this is just a chance I shouldn't have taken please do your self a favor and NEVER GO HERE!!!!!!"
