"I won’t be back. I was told they’d give me the first time price of $79 on the phone. Then after being asked which lashes I wanted, in person, they up charged me $45 and told me the individual lashes don’t look good. Having already had the appointment I felt bad leaving. Towards the end of my appointment, my technician answered her personal cell, telling the person on the other end that they were almost done with me and then she’d be leaving. Said she loved them and then put them on hold, handed me a mirror and said she’d be right back. When she got back I told her they were even and she quickly brushed them and acted like everything was okay. My left eye has been hurting since I left like something is scratching it. So I took a picture and sure enough, she glued a feather lash to the pink part of my lash line and I can’t get it off. See photo. Guess I’ll try and go back but really don’t have the time considering I leave town in 2 days."
