"Usually I used to go to great clips at this location but today was not good they have my haircut measurements and all but the one who did my haircut Teresa didn't have any experience at all and while checking out she asked for the tip very rude I used to give but not this time. I don't prefer her to work for great clips I don't have any idea how they hire people. Please need to check."

"A lot of bad reviews but I had a good cut. A little too much chopped off but I think it looks really nice. The hair stylist was patient and polite. She didn't rush the cut and I felt like she listened to what I wanted. I have medium long, fine hair and she was very gentle. I would definitely go again for another simple layered cut like I got this time but I'd try to communicate better about the length I want."

"I was very disappointed with my today’s visit. The lady who cut my son’s hair was very rude. I showed her the picture of the cut I wanted for him, and she said ok. My son was itchy because of hair on his face and tried to scratch with the cover, she wa so loud and told him to stop and then told him to take his hand out and do it, my son was almost in tears when he heard her saying stop so loud. She told me that I need to wait in the lobby and without showing me the haircut in the end she sent my son to me. When I told her that I wanted more trim at the back so she said you should’ve told me before and that too in a very rude way. I’m never going back ti this salon that’s for sure. But the owners should at least ensure that the employees are nice to the customers and kids, we are not getting the haircut for free."

"How can they possibly 2.7 star review? I am sorry I went here even after looking at the reviews. I can promise you that there is NO ONE here knows how to cut hair. Please save your money. You can probably cut your kids' own hair better without even looking. But if you want them to do what they did with my son hair then you are at the right place."
