"I’ve been coming to this salon for a few months now and they always exceed my expectations. No matter what time I walk in, I’m always greeted and sat down almost immediately. I usually get a full set + pedicure and they never have an issue replicating the designs that I show them. Everyone is also very friendly! I also like that their prices are very competitive compared to other salons that I’ve been to in ATL. Definitely a 10/10 for me."
"My favorite nail salon!! I come here all the time and have never left unsatisfied with my service. This is a very clean and well kept salon , and everyone who works here is very kind. I will always go back to elegant nails!!"
"I’ve been coming to this shop for a few years now and I love it.. I go to Cee (babyceeaesthetics) on IG and I just love her she’s mastered every set I ask for there is nothing she can’t do she’s so talent. Overall the shop is nice always clean and provides fast service also provides water if needed etc. I give this shop a 10/10 ❤️"
"My first experience here getting a pedicure was great and I was excited to make this my new salon but after today I don’t think so. I came in wanting a short square set and I showed a picture to the receptionist and asked that she please have someone who was good at this do my nails. She sat me with a man named Erin. Everything was going smooth until he started filing right after applying acrylic and completely ruined the shape of my nails. He filed the sides of my nails on my right hand so much that they went from square to coffin. Before he could start my other hand I mentioned this to him and he rudely told me they were not coffin they were square and continued on. As if I was blind. Most nail techs would file one nail then ask you if you like it before they complete the entire hand to avoid this issue. But Erin thinks he does no wrong. To make matters worse, on my left hand middle finger, there was a black piece of dirt that was caught on the brush he was using to apply the acrylic and rather then wipe it off he let it sit on my nail and put acrylic over it (Picture attached). I was planning on getting French tip so this would be a problem bc whatever the black thing on my nail was would show. When I mentioned this he had the audacity to say it was dirt under my real nail. Then when I showed him closely he says “ok I’ll remove it”. That should have been the first response. Due to his nasty attitude and lack of customer service at this point I just asked him to remove the acrylic all together and I will go elsewhere. He actually had the nerve to tell me that he already completed my nails therefore I would have to pay LOL. As a nail tech myself, you haven’t even BEGUN until you start to shape the nails. He simply applied acrylic and thought he deserved to be paid. I told him I’m not going to argue he can go ahead and call the police, the most I’d give him is $10. Im writing this review due to him charging me for messing up my nails and wasting both our time. The biggest problem with nail techs today is they have too much pride and forget that their job is to make the customer happy. But they’d rather gaslight us into liking their work when they clearly have done a bad job. Erin is bad for business. Do better. Teach your nail techs customer service."
"I’ve given this place the benefit of the doubt too long. This is such a nice environment and there have been techs who truly do a good job (hit or miss) but between the managers’ poor customer service and some of the lack of attention to detail when it comes to nails is crazy. The manager definitely wants your money so she will tell you ANYTHING. I went to get my nails done Thursday 7/20. I got SNS as usual and after 3 coats and filing the set was much thinner than usual. I let the manager know, she says “you don’t want it too thick”. I told her they will break, she says they won’t. I’ve never complained about this before so obviously it’s a different experience. A nail breaks 2 days later, Saturday, and I got it “fixed” today (Sunday) I’m home less than 2 hours later and it’s broken AGAIN in the same spot. I’ve done nothing strenuous since coming home. The lady dipped my nail, put gel polish on and sent me on my way, in that order. Now broken again. choose professionalism and care over convenience."
