"I brought my daughters here to get there hair done for Easter it didn’t look professionally done they rushed on my daughters hair I asked could they redo it over she gave me back my money very unprofessional I won’t never come here again don’t waste your time it’s not worth it I took my daughters to another African hair braiding shop they did much better. If you can’t do the style don’t do it at all!!!!!! If I could give a zero star I would!"

"I sent an image of what I wanted my daughter to get and they did the total opposite. I asked for a refund she states that she would redo it ,but no refund because they still did work . I respected that so I told her “ok thank you I would get back with her in about 2 months”. I’ve called and called and now all of sudden she is never there when I call. I’ve been up there numerous of times ,and she’s nowhere to be found, So I ended up with a hairstyle I didn’t want my daughter to have and 160$ short of my money . She is all about the money not customer satisfaction."

"This shop now belongs to Fatou(who was in a building down the sidewalk). WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Long story short she took two clients that walked in after me first because their hairstyles were less time consuming. I stated I needed to be out by 2:00 my hairstyle took 4 hours I sat there and watched her braid everyone's hair until about 12:00,which she lied saying her sister was coming but never came. I made the decision to walk out around 12:15 when I was told your hair style takes 4 hours and I will not be done by 2:00. She tried to hold on to my phone thinking that I wasn't going to leave she decided to say she would do another hairstyle for me that's easier but still tried to charge me top price. She followed me out of the front door. She actually came to my car while I was trying to pull off do not go here she is not professional!!!"

"I thought i left a review a few months back. Well i use to love this shop until one day i took my daughter after work. I always pay 1/2 up front. This particular day i only had exactly half i. Cash on me. I decided to see how truthful they were and asked how much did i give you..they lied. So i have never been back they stole from me.....now i am careful and ask for a receipt from every African braiding shop i go to! Still upset to this day! They lost a good customer my daughter was going to come every 2 to 3 weeks"
