"Awful will not recommend, nothing that say great customer service, giving free drinks does not compensate for any mistakes, my daughter had a cut with Lilly while having the haircut she told her several times she wants more layers and featured on the face frame, until my daughter gave up, she blow dried curly so we really couldn’t see how bad it was, after coming to get dress to go to an event ended up going to another hairdresser to get it cut again, called the salon and Ashley had nothing to offer but to come back and have it fixed which we already had to do day off. Every suggestion I gave was not their policy. I feel like they cannot compensate brown skin people."
