"If I could leave 0 stars I would. I flew from NY to ATL for the sole purpose of getting my eyebrows microbladed by Van. As I arrived she did not greet me, instead she instructed her secretary to begin the numbing process and left. Her secretary handed me the procedure papers and began applying the numbing cream as I was reading through the documents (alone). After I signed them, he escorted me to her room and she told me where to sit and began mapping my brows. She did not discuss the paper work, precautions, or go over whether I was a good candidate and did not even ask what shape I was looking to get. I noticed this was odd and seemed rushed however I went along with it because I figured she was a pro and just knew exactly what she was doing. She showed me her predraw and I kindly asked her to make adjustments to the shape. This seemed to really bother her and she began making faces, sighing, and even started talking in her own language to the other pmu artist in the room and they both started laughing. This went on for another 10 minutes as she was fixing the shape. My mother was with us and asked her if she was ok and if she needed to take a break as we could see she was highly upset. Van ignored her and continued mapping. The energy was off, I felt so uncomfortable that I kindly asked to stop the process and told her I would not like to continue. She stormed out the room and started talking with her other co-workers. Her secretary came in the room and asked me if there was anything he could do for us to continue with Van (as I can visibly see Van through the glass door rolling her eyes and had all of her coworkers looking at us and whispering to one another). I knew that I could not continue, I could only imaging how worse it could’ve went when the actual tattoo process started. I’m still in shock at how she behaved when I was nothing but kind and courteous the entire time. I get that everyone is not perfect and may have off days but there is no excuse to act like that to a paying customer. The whole encounter made me sick and ruined my trip. I would not recommend her at all. Please please please read the other 1 star reviews, they are true!"

"Always a good experience for me. I’ve gotten my brows tinted a few times and they always look good. I hate getting my lashes done because of lying still for so long but at least it’s comfortable. I usually fall asleep."

"Van first did my brows in 2021. Came down from Ohio to get a two year touch up and had a great experience. She was prompt, very precise with my brows and did great! She was worth the 8 hour drive. I will continue to go to her as long as she is doing brows."

"My lashes looked good at first. Even though I thought they were too long when I asked for a shorter cat eye look. About 90% of my lashes fell out by day 6. I got another lash tech to remove them. She mentioned either the technique was bad or the lash glue was old. I paid too much money for my lashes to not even last a week. I would not recommend this place."

"I got the Ombre brows done by Trish on 3/11 and my brows are THE ABSOLUTE BOMB!!! I'm old school, so I still say Bomb for Great things! Lol! She was diligent with sculpting the best shape for my face, took her time, walked me through the process, and had me looking amazing! I will show day 1 and now day 18 when I've fully healed! Keep in mind, you MUST ADHERE to the aftercare instructions! This is key!!"
