"Don't do it! Sloppy sloppy work and low quality products. I tried to love them for their perks. I gave them a few tries too. However I got tired and out of money running back because I always had at least one nail or two lifting or breaking within days of a fill in. The owner never takes ownership of her low quality work, always blames you. Ridiculous I'm not going to mention the uneven filing, poor shaping, sloppy polish, and crooked nail. Even the acrylic on your cuticle. You can see the sloppy work in the pics. I pay too much money for a fill in that it can't even last two weeks and to accept this type of work. I never had this problem with my previous nail tech. The perks: large selection of colors and designs. It doesn't smell. I never had a long wait. It's not crowded. It's quiet. They are open 7 days a week. But the low quality work outweighs the perks. I won't be back. That may be why it's always empty."

"Good customer service. The guy who did my nails in my eyes did a poor job. I feel that he could’ve taken his time on them. I had a fill in. The actual thumb nail he completely redid is much bigger in width than the original. The nail polish wasn’t cleaned up well. I would’ve kept my plain full set gel with no color if I had known it would turn out this way. I’m sure before I leave for vacation I’ll have them redone."
