"I debated about leaving review but I’ve been to many African braiding shops & this is the ONLY one I’ve experienced horrible service. Rude, rough & had to redo braids over as they braided. Almost as if they were practicing. After speaking up the owner let me know that is was my fault for waiting (6 braids) had been completed. She blamed me, then redid the braids and was intentionally rough. Unsatisfied with my braids. My only review would be to RUN. The owner needs to work on her customer service (attitude)."

"So I went to this hair braiding store asking for island twist without the boho . As soon as I got into the store they started blow drying my hair. The lady was very ROUGH, and did not care for my hair at all. As soon as she started braiding she was using a CLIP to part my hair. The parts are all crooked and messed up. The hair is to tight, and made bumps on my scalp that I had to untie it. I recommend finding another shop , and not to ask for box braids here. They will fight with your head and leave you bald."

"1st I did a walk in on Saturday and she was able to start on my head within 30 mins!!! I got a discount at the hair store next door which was a plus as well. This was an excellent experience. My hair was finished within 3 1/2 to 4 hours. I just recently cut my hair, so it is extremely short and she was able to recommend a style that would work for me. Plus, the prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend."
