"I booked an appointment for today 2/2/24 in the Atlanta studio over a week ago. I was sent 3 emails confirming my appointment. She waited until today almost 4 HOURS before my appointment, to tell me, she was in Chicago and wouldn’t be there today. As of yesterday she never mentioned that. Her excuse , she’s very busy with work and traveling ! Excuse me, but as a client, am I not part of her “work ?” I have been going to her for at least 4 years. ! This is not how a business should be run. I WILL BE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER STYLIST IMMEDIATELY! Very disappointing to say the least."

"Leaving a review for the Chicago salon (which doesn’t even have a google page). I booked with this studio for an appointment yesterday on Booksy. I tried to call to confirm — no answer. Just twenty minutes before my appointment, she cancelled with no explanation or apology. This would have been unprofessional and disappointing by itself but it was made even worse by the fact that I was then charged a $37 cancellation fee. It’s extremely unprofessional to allow customers to book through that site, knowing you won’t take the appointment and knowing they’ll get charged. I was excited about this spot but definitely won’t be checking it out again."

Ayanna listened to what I wanted, made sure she understood, offered some suggestions and then made it happen! She is very welcoming to desperate out-of-towners needing some last minute hair love. Also a nice cozy salon space in an accessible area. Highly recommend!"
