"I don’t understand the strict cancellation policy. I had to cancel because I learned that there is high risk of infection if I get waxed after 36 weeks pregnant. I called the place and the receptionist recommended that I email the owner said “she will definitely refund you”. I sent 2 email to the owner with no response. I guess it’s worth losing a client over $40 and why would want to do business if they can’t be reasonable, especially for 1st time occurrences. I’d rather go to a place where they understand that things happen, especially in my situation."
