"the designs are cute but your nails are not safe. some of them can’t build acrylic, product burns and leave monomer all over your hands. and they protect each other when you come back for any reason. they’ll act like they don’t know who did what service on you. the lady ended up yelling at me we don’t have any policies in place for fixes (I had needed to come back 2 days later because my uneven acrylic had broken off) anyways. typical Cleveland chop shop asians that talk about you in their language…"

"My experience was ok, the employees were kind of rude, but my pedicure was looking weird less than 24 hours ok after getting them done. I tried them for the first time the day before I went out of town. I went on my lunch break about 2pm and got a pedicure only, white gel as I always do. It looked fine when I left, I put my sneakers and socks back on and went back to work. My flight was for early the next morning and as soon as I landed, about 1030am, I changed into my sandals and my toe nail polish looked bumpy, it wasn’t laying flat almost like there was air underneath it was looking crazy, I was not pleased and I won’t be coming back."

"February 2023- been going here since I was in school. They do awesome nails but the wait time is super long and the prices have gone up substantially. They have a lot of business because they do great nails and they wax and do eyebrows so kind of like a one stop shop. I don’t know if I will be returning. After price shopping I will see if all shops prices are that high to determine if I will return. They should have specials for long term customers for their loyalty."
