"Cierra has been doing my lashes for a year this week! I found her after having them done at 3 other places that were disastrous. Her place is very clean, relaxing, professional, and she does an amazing job with my lashes. She is fun, engaging, and when you want a good nap she tucks you in with a relaxing blanket to escape the real world while she beautifies you. My own lashes are much healthier now too. "It saddens me to write this review because I will always support young black entrepreneur. After reading the reviews of ELR I decided to give it a try. Since the girl that has been doing my lashes for several years moved to LA. First of all, Cierra is very professional and a very classy young lady. Her suite is clean and cozy. I reached out to Cierra prior to having her do my lashes. Because prior I went to the mall and had lashes done and they were horrible. I removed them. I had taken a picture of my lashes to see if she would be able to apply individual lash extension, after receiving the photos, she suggested that I get the Maximum Volume extensions. I didn't understand why she would recommend that particular when I have sparce lashes. So, I didn't instead my choice was the Natural lashes. When I arrived, she showed me the different type of lashes via a screen slide I asked if she could give me a wispy lash. I told her I wanted some length. She said OK. I always go with the natual wispy look. So, she applied them when I looked in the mirror, I was shocked because they were nothing like what I had expected, and I told her so. She then said that because my lashed are sparse she didn't add as many. But you wanted me to go with the maximum Mmm! $$$$ But while she was doing my lashes, she never communicated this to me that I could not get length of thickness I got my lashes done on a Wednesday and my lashes began falling out especially the right eye By Saturday I had hardly any lashes. Literally I lost lashes every day. I reached out to her, and she gave me a courtesy fill-in with no charge. She said I don't know what could have cause them to fall out I am sorry. So, moving forward I was due to have a fill in the next week I canceled because lashes didn't look too bad but was still losing them, I could get them done the following week. By that Saturday I hardly had any lashes. I canceled she asked how my lashes was holding up I told her they are terrible. She responded to me that When I spoke to her, I told her my lashes were damage and I was concern that my extensions would last. She then went on to say that she went as short and light as possible. she then said that my lashes are not strong enough for extensions. Then why. would you put lashes on Cierra if you knew they were not strong enough If, she knew what she was doing she would have known that from the beginning I feel that she was being deceptive. I never had my lashes fall out days after having them installed Lesson learn do not always be directed by reviews because it could be family member or friends posting. Hopefully young lady you will be honest and if you can't put lashes on tell your client."

"Cierra saved the day for me! I had gotten lash extensions and they were so unnatural looking! When they started to come off, they were pulling my lashes out. Once I got all of them off, I was horrified at the damage they had done. I researched the best place to go, and Cierra was my choice. She was very encouraging about my lashes regrowing, and I left with beautiful, natural looking lashes. I LOVE LOVE LOVE them and will continue to work with her in the future to keep them full and beautiful!"
