"My friend got a hat braided here. We got there at 2pm why are we still at the shop. 7hrs going on 8hrs if I would’ve known it was going to take this long. I would’ve did it myself. Then the lady says we only take cash after doing 25% of her hair. REALLY?! I support black owned businesses, but this AIN’T IT AT ALL. If you wanna waste your time come here."

"They did my daughter hair it look nice. She is just taking it out and after they finish the hair they start cutting to make it look neat. They cut a lot of my daughter hair. We understand a little the usual stand alone pieces but see the pictures. Only go if you are ok with losing a lot of your real hair"

"called ahead when they had a $250 any style any length deal and they said i could come in right away. i came in and waited 45 minutes to sit in the chair and another 30 for someone to start on my hair. there’s about 10 braiders in the salon and i get that they’re super busy lately but it’s just unprofessional to have people come in for an open slot and not be ready. shop was dirty and i had about 4 people working on my braids on and off cause they switch to other clients instead of sticking to one so i ended up having multiple sized braids in my head. i heard about 5 people upset that their parts were uneven including myself but they wouldn’t fix it because it was getting late. in the end it took about 7 hours with 4 people working on my hair for the braids to be half braided and not tight with a bunch of different sizes and an uneven part. i only came because they had the $250 deal but they pick and choose who they give it to because they kept telling people $250 and others(including myself) $300 when every single person in the shop got the same length knotless bohemian. the braids only ended up lasting about a week and i would’ve gone back for them to be fixed but im from out of town. you can get higher quality for $300 and half the time at any other shop in atlanta don’t waste your time here"

"First- They advertise that they open at 9am when truthfully they come as they please. The entire staff was not there until about 12. When i arrived 3 people were waiting outside. Once they finally arrived at about 9:15am (only 3 employees) we all sat down and they say “ we only take cash” the nearest atm was at the liquor store. Second- The person who started my hair did not come in until about 10:30am. She comes in of course takes 30mins just to start the first braid!!!!! Third- THEY CONSTANTLY STOP TO TALK AND TAKE RANDOM BREAKS! Its sooooooooo annoying, rude and inconsiderate! Lastly, they pick and choose who they want to help. People who came after me left before me! My parts were so uneven and all different sizes. Charging someone this high amount for this is insane. Oh … they charge more for human hair and its already day 2 and my hair is matted ridiculously. NEVER AGAIN!!!!"
