"This place is better than the other ones in the marketplace. I've tried them all, this one is the best. I've been coming here for years."
"It was good. Pedicure was amazing. Five ⭐ Chic"
"Came to get my girl nails done. They tried to charge her over 50 dollars for French with no gel and she paid 42 for the first set. Same company same business. Poor customer service."
"My first time experience here was horrible and I will never return. Saturday Nov •11•23, I'm feeling great. I stop by Starbucks and decide that I'm going to try a new holiday drink. I'm feeling so good I randomly decided to get my nails done at the salon. As soon as I walk in a male nail tech greets me, I tell him I'm here for a manicure so he says okay, come in and sit down! He asks me what was I getting and I told him a ombre french tip. He says okay but then an older female nail tech comes and tells him that I need powder for ombre. (No one explained what powder meant, but apparently she was saying i need powder nail polish which i never asked for. Why would you let me pick out a color if you intended to do powder regardless of what color i chose?) When the male nail tech tells me he's ready to do my nails I wash my hands and tell him again I want a regular French tip with ombre colors of blue and white. He brings out all these powders and I still had know idea what he was going to do with them because I never ask for powder when getting my nails done so I wouldn't know the procedure anyway. He shows me an ombre design on the tip of a plastic nail that he made up on the spot, and I said "I like it". The issue comes in when he starts doing my nails he's starting the ombre from my cuticles up instead of just near the top of my nails. So I asked him first why does the powder stop here (I'll add pictures) and he's looking confused. He asked me again what did I want and I said a regular manicure with ombre French tips so he then says well your nails are cut too short for ombre. He could have said something about that before cutting the nails and it wouldn't have been a problem. So I guess that's when he realized that he got ahead of himself however he refuse to correct the issue. He told me that if he had to take the layer of power off then I would have to leave and go somewhere else. His hands were shaking and I refuse to go back to a place where a person gets that angry over their own mistakes. (In the picture my pinky nail blue because when he refused to correct his mistakes he did not want to take the powder off so I asked him to do one nail the way that HE initially wanted to do it so I can see if I liked it but I knew I wanted French tip like I stated from the moment he first asked me what I wanted)"
"Got a mani and pedi. She asked if she could cut and I told her yes but only a little, not to low. She did the opposite. Then, my pedi included cucumber but they used oranges without even telling me. Glad I’m not allergic. A different chick did my mani and I told her the same the to not cut my nails too low. She did the same thing just cutting away, and cut my nails to the meat. Then she tells me I was crazy, they did a good job on my nails. I told her get out my face. Not only do they rush on your nails to get all the walk ins in chairs, but I made an appointment and they didn’t take the time to provide the service they expect me to pay for. Look for yourself and be the judge, but in my opinion, I wasted $45 even though I made them stop because they continued ruining my nails."
