"Went in to get a pedicure and eyebrow wax! The pedicure I selected included gel polish. So I’m told to pick a color/polish. Plot twist: If type of polish picked was gel why would you charge more for the cat eye and not let the customer know. I won’t patronize this business anymore! Outrageous and then only after the fact you tell the customer………..smh! Bad business!"
"I hate to beat a dead horse but i patronized this business as a last resort and while in a time crunch. I had a sns manicure and pedicure. Their attitudes were ok but they were rough and I felt like she didn’t give a thorough pedicure. I also had a light a color so I knew my nails would be visible. I asked for a third coat and neither of them gave me one. I’m so irritated because it’s for a wedding. I broke my big toe nail on my left foot but it wasn’t severe so I wanted to file and shape. She convinced me to get acrylic (never had it before). Well she did a very sloppy job. I don’t like it. The paint isn’t even, it’s rough if a rub my finger over it. The manicure was good except I didn’t get the 3rd layer.def not worth. $105"
"Price changed when I sat in the chair from $32 to $48 for a basic pedicure. I will never patronize this business again. Check the prices before and after seated."
"I was service at this facility yesterday on June 16,2023. I don’t know the lady name who did my nails. She was drilling my nails very rough. Which made my hand bleed at the cuticle. I kept telling her that my finger was hurting. She replied that it would be ok. She didn’t even look at my finger. Another lady was doing my pedicure. The tech didn’t add the blue substance or soap in the water. She was about to give us a pedicure with plain water. My cousin asked for the substance to be included in our water. The lady got mad and started talking in their language. She put a pea size amount inside of the water. Personally I don’t think that was enough. She was about to use a worn down already used pumice bar on my feet. My cousin asked for the pink clear. I didn’t see them sanitize the tools. The lady heard her and said ok. She put clear on instead. They do what the want to their customers. Until I asked her not to use it on my foot. My total was $171.I ask the lady for a discount because she made my hand bleed. She lied saying that she gave a three dollar discount. When my service should have been FREE. It’s not about the money. She didn’t even take the initiative to accommodate me. Didn’t offer me a band aid or nothing. I had to ask her for one. It’s the principle. She was more worried about taking my money. If anything happens to my finger it’s documented. And if I get a fungus it’s also documented. Why would NEW NAILS use products that they used on other ppl. Then got an attitude when I asked for a new pumice bar. The pumice bar didn’t have the rectangular shape anymore. Ain’t no telling how many times they have used it. I should dispute the charges. My finger is sore. Bad customer service. Then if you get a tip it’s an extra $10 This was my first and last time coming here. Wish I could give them 0 stars. They raise the prices. What I chose on the paper price that is listed wasn’t what my amount added too. Very rude and disrespectful. They don’t wipe the chairs after each client. Didn’t have any paper towels when I washed my hands."
"We’ll I went in and asked for the dip powder nails to be removed and a gel manicure. She removed the powder no problem. We discussed later that I needed length and I agreed. I told her I did not want tips. She kept saying I should have tips and I kept telling her that I wanted sculptured nails no tips. She said that’s $10 extra. I said well how much would everything be in total. She said $65. I was like what??? Mind you I have enough cash in my purse to pay for 5 persons nails but it’s the principal. So she quoted me $10 take off old dip powder and $10for manicure. $45 to sculpture a short set. I usually get coating but she cut all my nails down so I had to get a set. I only needed length on a few nails. By the time I was done, all my nails were gone. She proceeded to give me a manicure. Luke warm water no soap in the water. She pulled my hand out to cut my cuticles, I said wait, you never put cuticle softener on. She said it was in the water. No, you never put it in. Then she angrily put the softener in the water. I politely suggested she put the softener in my cuticles. She said no and she went to school and she has a license. Still, I need the softener on my cuticle. Every time I had a request, she’s discussing it with her neighboring tech in Vietnamese. I asked her was she speaking to me and she said no. I said well are you sparking about me? She never pushed my cuticle down she lightly removed cuticle skin and put oil on them. Then she took the oil applicator (nail polish bottle) and started putting cuticle oil on the back of my hands. She began to roughly massage my hands. I’m in awe. I’m like where is the lotion? Are you putting cuticle oil for my massage? She went to a few neighbors to ask for lotion. The whole time cursing me out in a foreign language. I asked her to remove the rest of the cuticle that was left. She said she removed it already. I showed her where it was. She refused to, so I refused to pay. She stood up and I stood up and left. When I left, I encouraged everyone to shop elsewhere. How do you perform a service on a person you hate and feel don’t even deserve your time or product. Even after you request astronomical prices from them. She hated me before I even walked in the door. Grand opening, Grand closing for me."
