"I do not normally leave reviews, especially such a low rated review but my experience today was so disappointing. I want to start by saying all the ladies and gentlemen who work here are absolutely amazing, so nice and sweet, always asking for reassurance that they are doing a good job. I’ve been to this salon many times only for a manicure with a lovely gentleman who does a great job, I wish I knew his name! The young lady who did my toe nails today did fabulous! This was my first pedicure experience here. She really took her time, she was gentle and asked me many times if I was comfortable or if I needed anything. Loved her. The older woman who did my nails I’ve never seen her before, she must be new. unfortunately I don't have much positive things to to say about her other then she was very nice. She hurt me so badly. Repeatedly. Everything was fine with the manicure until she pulled out the electric powered hand piece. She cut me so badly on EACH finger, I asked her repeatedly to please stop. After she put away the hand piece she continued to rubbed my freshly cut skin over and over and over with cotton balls soaking in acetone. The pain of that was so awful !! When she was finally finished she let me leave without oiling my fingers or putting lotion on me and honestly I didn’t even realize she didn’t because of how badly my fingers were burning from the cuts. until I got in the car and saw just how bad they actually looked. My total bill was 100 dollars for my pedicure and nails. Other then my pedi this was not at all a relaxing experience for me. I’m so incredibly disappointed in how much money I spent at this nail salon for such a bad manicure and to be basically beat up. I want to come again, I’m sure after my review they probably wouldn’t want me to return. I would love to keep having manicures with the gentleman who has done them in the past. Nails salons are not cheap! And I’m so sad that my fingers are in so much pain and I’m down 100 dollars."

"LOVE THIS PLACE! This was my little sister and I first time here and we loved it! Annie is the most sweetest most gentle person I’ve ever had do my nails! It’s so hard finding a good place that does good nails. This place is by far the best I’ve tried in this area and I’ve at least tried 10. High recommend this will be our new go to place for sure!"
