"This was my first time going to this Salon last Sunday. I went in to get a relaxer retouch which was done by Rachel. I arrived on time and she serviced me quickly. She asked questions before putting chemicals on my head far as if I have a sensitive scalp. As she was doing my hair I got an old school vibe that I was use too from when I was a teenager getting my relaxer done. She gave me the full works that I've been missing all these many years. I was very pleased with my end results and not to mention she had me laughing the whole time there. I appreciated her customer service and the service she did on my hair.
