"Bad experience for me but evidently not for others. I had shoulder length hair, showed the stylist a photo of a haircut with long feathering in the back. I now have hair about an inch long all over my head. Maybe I shouldn’t have been a walk-in. Maybe if you go with an appointment so the stylist can take time with you your experience will be better."
