Support is the key to maintaining good work ethics in an environment, such as this. Let's not overwork our skills as age may "grow" against us."

"My husband asked for a high skin fade, she had it like 2 inches lower in the back. She fixed it to what it looks like now. He didn’t realize how bad and uneven the sides were! My husband loves going to great clips since he thinks they are actually licensed but we will not go back here. This looks horrible and is all uneven!"

"Asked for long layers and curtain bangs. The cut took eight minutes and I thought wow that's the fastest layer ever! Nope. The lady cut straight across which wasn't straight at all. Quite choppy and uneven. Didn't even fix my daughter's bangs. We were all so disappointed but we paid twenty and left because the cut was so bad. Please do not go here and waste your money. If you read the reviews, there's no point in calling customer service because the manager will deny a refund anyways. Happy hair stylist hunting"

"I am literally sitting in my car crying my eyes out. Regina took 5 inches off of my hair (was told to take only a half inch max), gapped it all up, and I have a ton of strands of LONG uncut hair hanging down to prove the length. It is so gapped up that two other salons said all they can do is cut it into a short Bob, when it was down the small of my back! I have a 2-3 inch spot in the front on one side that is only 2 inches long. I am a Pentecostal Minister's wife! She knew this! I called corporate who told me to leave it and someone would contact me in a few days!?!?!? I have pictures of my hair from 2 days ago where my hair was down my back and amazing. I go in for a trim and upkeep and THIS is what I get? The manager will not refund or pay for it to be fixed. I'm mortified."
