"She kept telling me “I don’t know how to do French tip”. “It’s hate French tip”. Whyyyyyy was I sent to you as you customer?? I’m not exaggerating. She literally said this to me multiple times. I have different sized nails, no shine, crooked nails. For $75!!!!!!!! I have no problem paying that price, none. I’d pay more…. If quality matched the price. Oh and that was BEFORE tip. Listen y’all, I got French tip with chrome. Very disappointed."

"My first time there I loved my nails but the second time I hated it the lady kept messing up , nails didn’t look how I wanted them I got them done Monday and now I’m Down to 7 nails I don’t understand how they broke off just by me grabbing things off the ground like trash, the nails were uneven I hated them I even tipped the lady cause she was nice I won’t be wasting my money no more . It’s a list of things I didn’t like like why is the polish coming off within a week ?! And those photos were all this week . The funny thing is they looked cute from a distance but up close you could tell my nails were uneven , shaped differently, polish coming off , a list of things"

"Stopped by this place during lunch for a pedicure.   Went in as a walk in.   Was greeted and seated immediately.   The guy that did my pedicure was very thorough.  Great service.   Clean and nice space.   Reasonable prices.   Would definitely recommend."

"Usually love my nails, but this is the second time I have had issues with customer service. The first time was when I made an appointment for my sister and I, and when we got there I informed one lady I had an appointment with one of their employees (Can’t remember her name). Then a male asked what did I need to have done, and I told him I had an appointment. However, I was still told to sit with someone different than the person I booked. I immediately said “No sir, I booked with this other lady,” and the guy caught an attitude and told me “Why didn’t you just say that”? After this day, I waited a while before returning, and did not have any issues upon returning. Unfortunately, today I went to get a fill-in, and the color was totally different than what I picked. I immediately said “that’s not the color I wanted,” and looked to see if I told him the wrong number by mistake. He told me “No, this is 490 the one u wanted.” I verified the color, but told him the color was way off from what was on sample. He told me “This is the color you wanted, but sometimes they fade.” I told him I understood the samples may differ a little, but this was way off from what I wanted. I then asked if I could pick another color. He then sighed and motioned with his hand “Go ahead.” By this time, I am completely shocked, but I got up to look for the basket to pick the color. I brought the basket back to the station, assuming he could help find a similar color quickly. Instead, he told me he is going to put tips on another customer’s hand while I look. At this point, I decided to leave without any color. I liked this place, because it was close to my home/nails were always cute, but I am not going to continue paying for poor customer service."
