"I'm new to town and saw this nail shop and decided to go in I walked in there was one lady getting her Nails done I was asked rudely what I wanted I said full set and ped so i got the ped first, I'm diabetic so i asked her not to use the tool that looks like needle nose because I fear being cut she spoke to the owner and she looked at me and said well you can't get it if she doesn't use It I said yes I am if I don't want to use that tool use a file which nail shops have done before well she used it anyway I had to tell her 3 times to stop then I got my nails done she asked to see Pic it looked nothing like it was rude the whole time keep squeezing my fingers had to tell her to stop and take my hands away and nails were uneven very unprofessional never will give her my money again"

"When I first walked in, I did not feel welcomed at all, and until about an hour and a half of waiting I got put into a chair and then the staff started to talk to me; that’s where the customer service began.. not when I first walked into the door. I waited about 3 hours just to get my nails done, but it was the holidays and they only had one person doing nails so that was expected. When my nails were done, they turned out better than any other set I have ever gotten. I would say the customer service needs to be worked on, but the lady that did my nails did a fantastic job, even though I was there past closing time she didn’t rush them. I gave four stars for the customer service NOT starting as soon as I walked into the door."

"Went in for pedicure and full set of nails. Lady was absolutely rude, treated me like I was inconveincing her and there was not a single person in the salon other than me, not only that I got a basic pedicure and acrylic set, prices were $30 and $22 which would be a total of $52, they charged me $100!!! Have no idea where the extra $48 came from as I did not do anything extra. she was on the phone the entire time talking so loud I could not even hear my husband who was next to me. ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED, I would leave a negative star if possible"

"Worst business I’ve ever been to went in for a manicure and pedicure for both myself and my daughter and as well as to get my eyebrows done and I sat for an hour while they waited on other customers and still never got my nails done or my eyebrows they also charged me $70 and I didn’t even get everything that I should have for the price"

"Went in and had nails and pedi done. They introduced me to matte polish and nude color acrylic which looks awesome. Sky did my pedicure and did a fantastic job!"
