"I came in for a hair cut by Sarah Beth today. I came in with clear instructions (cut 4 inches, put in lots of layers, thin it out a lot, do not frame My face) on how I want my hair cut and she was rude from the beginning on how my desired haircut would not work and why. For example Said that thinning it out would lift from roots and thin out the ends. That was the whole point in my instructions!!!! Mid way she said she wasn’t gonna put in the layers I asked. I have lived with this hair for 35 years and know what hair cuts work and don’t work hence specific instructions. She proceeded to tell me that she does not work for me and told me how argumentative I was being, I just was being clear in instructions. If I am paying for a haircut I deserve to get a haircut that I am asking for. I feel like overall this woman was having a bad day and took it out on me. I suppose she is the manager and this manager significantly lacks customer service skills. She then actually kicked me out of the chair. I think she really just wanted to go home and wanted a head of hair that’s able to cut in under 20 Minutes. I am sorry I have very thick hair and it does take extra time and I was planning on giving her a big tip to reflect the amount of time I know it takes to cut my hair. Again, she seems like a miserable person overall and while I wish her the best I. Her endeavors, I don’t think this is the career for her and if she is a manager representing great clips, they need a better candidate. I realize this whole situation is very comical at this point and kind of pathetic. I worry about this woman seriously offending someone in the future. She is beyond rude and again, took a bad day out on me."

"Staff was nice but incompetent. First my hairstylist cut my hair uneven and I had to ask to have it fixed. When I asked for layers framing my shoulders (long hair) she started to give me bangs. Won't be back. Sad they used to be so good. I did have to go to another salon to fix."

"Not a Great Clips fan overall, especially since they jumped quite a bit on their prices. but I found one of the stylists who cuts my hair well consistently. I wish I could request her in the app like with some Great Clips competitors, but instead I have to call each time to find out whether she's working that day."

"I took my 2 boys age 5 and 3 to get their hair cuts fir the first time professionally! My youngest has autism and when I tell you these people are amazing patient and kind they did an amazing job! This will be my go to place for my kids."
