"We went there for the 5th time just to visit puppies and oooo and ahhhh! Well not this time!! We bought the MOST PRECIOUS tiny baby girl in all of Georgia!!!!! She’s perfect! The staff was amazing esp the 2 managers ( one still in training ) they are amazing and know exactly what to say, how to say it and when to say it! We are completely in love with our new baby and will be giving her a VERY wonderful life! Thank youuuuuu!!!! We are OVERJOYED !!"
"We called and spoke to Zoe. She set up an appt for us to meet a dog we were interested in. We drove over an hour and she met us at the door! She brought us our baby and we got to visit with him as long as we wanted. We adopted him and were given tons of information and papers on him. He comes vaccinated, with health guarantees, with information on his parents, and the information to get a hold of them if there are any questions. I felt prepared and ready to bring our sweet boy home! We got a Pomsky and his name is Goose!!"
"Cute puppies but the staff walks past you instead of asking if you need help. When you ask for help , they can’t because “it’s kind of busy” and they will walk away from you. Even though other customers who come in after you have been helped. Extremely Poor customer service. Manager stands there and acts clueless as to customers needing help as well. Expect to pay $4,000+ do yourself a favor and support another business."
