"My worst buying experience. Most of the items I purchased (“brand new”) required some sort of service or repair to get everything in working order. Robert liked to talk about how every sale, no mater how big or small, is important to him. After being jerked around, Robert eventually told me I was on my own to get things working and to call him afterwards for possible reimbursement. I had to spend 3 full days inspecting and repairing everything on my own. For all my troubles he thought $300 was sufficient to cover my repair costs and time. Guaranteed they would have charged at least twice that if someone had brought this stuff to them to fix. If you live in the local area and you can drive into the store everyday you would probably be fine. Unfortunately, I traveled several hours to them because I thought they would provide better care of their clients. Boy was I wrong."
