"This review only received two stars because the store had a nice selection of shoes and a good sale going on but unfortunately the employees had poor customer service. I stayed in this store for 10 minutes and no one ever greeted me or asked if I needed help. There were two employees on the floor that kept glancing over at me and standing around looking unprofessional."

"terrible costumer service!! the manager was super rude, would not recommend shopping here. i was explaining to him the bind i was in because i ordered something from aldo online more than a week ago and they emailed me on the day it was supposed to arrive saying my order was cancelled (six days before christmas). the manager started to practically yell at me, explaining the “process.” still believe it was completely unprofessional. i also work in retail and understand the holidays can be stressful, but everyone must try their best to remain calm— especially managers. my family and i used to shop there frequently, honestly very disappointed."
