"No callback. No response to any messages. They are the only bonding company in this town that handles the city of Byron. If you have family that ends up in jail as a result of an arrest by the city, you are going to have a very difficult time. It should be against the law when a Court offers bond and there is a monopoly with only 1 option that doesn’t respond and as a result, you can not post bond."
