"This Publix has been struggling for a while. Some Really nice staff and others leave a lot to be desired. I hope things improve. I've been their customer for over 2 decades. So close to home, but I shop elsewhere occasionally. Not by choice."

"I came in today for the buy one get one free specials they have every week. I asked the guy were they out of a particular item and he said no show me where they were on the end cap but I am assuming he is the stocking manager he then said out loud to the young man did you put a out of stock sign there . The young man looked young and I felt bad for the young man because I wasn't trying to get him in trouble but I felt like the manager could have pulled the young man to the side instead of confronting him in front of customers . It's a time and a place and a way you handle things in a customers service environment."
