"I went in 3 times and was in there for around an hour the first time trying on shoes to make certain I got the shoes I would be happy with since I can't afford to get shoes for myself very often. Not once of the 3 tunes was I approached by an associate and asked if I needed help with anything. I figured since I was in there so long I would be checked on but I never was. Nor was I asked at checkout if I found everything ok or if I had a good shopping experience. The bad thing about it all was that the employees were well into their 20s and should know to have been more help or any at all to that matter. I will not go back. The shoes I came back in to buy which was very expensive to me being around $90 were no longer available in any size. So yeah I was disappointed. I will now find a better place to purchase shoes and socks for me and my family. I may not buy myself shoes often but my wife and children seem to get at least one pair a month and that adds up considering they get book bags and purses and socks there as well."
