"As soon as you walk in they STARE at your feet lol apparently that's a issue. Alot of the bigger sizes are sold out fast . Sales are always going on but the style of shoes are OLD It's time to have a $5 sale n clear the store to get a better selection of current shoes. Some of the boxes are even turning colors Manager is way to comfortable with being loud and customer service isn't always at it's best. Let's bring back the uniform requirements because Yesterday there were a couple employees in regular clothes listening to headphones singing and one was on Tik Tok With all these boxes in the walk way and old shoes on the sales floor. This is a last minute solution if you need something"

"I don't know what happened to the 3 ladies that have been working there for the past decade, but they're are missed. The lady running this store now is rude and very unprofessional. I missed the days of walking in hearing gospel music and having the ladies ask if you needed help. I felt like I was going to get cursed out if I had asked for any assistance because she was already going off at the counter about how angry she was over her pizza."

"Stopped by just to cpmpare prices. Some shoe prices were about the same but most very reasonable. I was surprised when I walked out with 2 pair of boots for my wife, a pair of light up sneakers and shoes for my granddaughter and slippers for me for less than $65.00 dollars. I'll be back. And oh, by the way, I got the shoe size wrong for my granddaughter and took them back. I didn't know that the lighted shoes were on sale so I was ready for a fight when she told me this. My surprise she still helped me with the exchange, " no fight". Good customer service. Great job guys."

"do not waste your time coming here. the employees are very ghetto and nonchalant about their customers. the employees never asked if they could help me and also gave me many dirty looks. ladies if you do not want to do your job quit and a find a new one. this is the real world. there are more jobs than just shoe customer service jobs for you to feed your bellies with. apply at the goodwill, i heard they put people to work. i will not be returning back to this store. but this store is located in a very urban area so i should have expected this type of service."
