"The deli/chicken area, the food is good, very good. What I DO NOT LIKE is the service. The employees are nice, however, I was waiting in line 10 minutes, maybe a little more, the server was making a sandwich for a couple, I was waiting for chicken. A lady walked into the store went right up to the chicken side - stood there maybe 2 minutes, when someone from the back came and helped her. Didn't bother to ask me if I was next or if they could help me. What kind of service is that?"

"I'm just going to say it- My people need to do better. 'Our' Publix locations are always the worst experience. Terrible customer service(Deli workers will walk around behind that counter and not greet you or acknowledge you are standing there), The food is never ready, even when you call in to make an order in advance(happened to come twice), sometimes there isn't even food being prepped to refill the bins at the window which is what happened to me and four others who were waiting to buy. It's 5pm on a Saturday afternoon, why arent y'all more prepared? Why is everything so dirty? Y'all need to get it together. It's a COMPLETELY different experience when you go to Scenic Highway, Loganville, Grayson, Ducula- top notch customer service! All the Publix locations that have majority our people.working there, it's always a terrible experience. *Side note: Why are you selling 4.8lbs of chicken breast for $24!!?? Amazon will deliver 5lbs from WHOLE FOODS for $14.99! Y'all better wake up and stop wasting your time and money dealing with this nonsense. I won't be back to that location."
